Move In

The lease begins the Saturday before classes start.

We do our best to accomodate early arrival requests, but it depends on house project that are in the works and our cleaning and maintenance crews.

If you need to move in early, please email a request with the date you would like to move in and the reason why. We are unable to approve requests until after August 1.

Requests will not be approved if there are any payments/or guaranty agreements due for your house/apartment.

Please note: there is an early arrival fee of $25 per person per day. This is due prior to moving in.

All keys will be left on the dresser in each bedroom. We will email you the code to the digital lock on your house the morning you move in.

We provide all major furniture and appliances. This includes:

• A double (full-size) bed and a dresser in each bedroom
• A couch and loveseat or a sectional (enough seating for the number of tenants), a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV in the living room
• A refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and kitchen or dining seating

• Kitchen items (pots/pans, a toaster, silverware, dishes, glasses, cups, etc.)
• A good vacuum and cleaning supplies
• A desk and chair for your bedroom (if you want them)
• Small garbage containers for inside your bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom
• Curtains if you want them (blinds are included)
• Decorations! Make this your home for the next year but be sure to use Command strips and hooks to prevent damage to the walls.

If you want to bring a mini fridge or air conditioner with you to school, there is a fee of $50.00 per semester per appliance to cover the cost of electricity. 

The beds are full-size.

You will need to call Spectrum at 855-860-9068. (Internet/cable/WiFi is not included in your lease.) Please be advised that Spectrum gets extremely busy that time of year, so we recommend calling in early July to make an appointment with them for when you arrive in August. Please note that we are unable to allow you to arrive early for this.
